Tau Game Lodge offers luxurious Madikwe safari lodge accommodation in the game rich Madikwe Game Reserve in South Africa. Situated in the Groot Marico area, the Madikwe Game Reserve is home to the Big Five, namely Lion, Rhino, Elephant, Buffalo and Leopard. Tau Game Lodge or 'The place of the Lion' is situated right in the middle of this ecologically diverse and malaria-free game reserve.
This luxury Madikwe safari lodge comprises of 30 luxurious air-conditioned chalets complete with African décor and furnishing. Each luxury chalet has its own game viewing deck and boasts views over the waterhole and the African bush. Watch African wildlife come to quench their thirst from the comfort of your own chalet.

Tau Game Lodge Convention Centre
The main hall of this South African conference venue (270m˛ in total) is made up of three sub-halls, each of which can operate independently or together via a touch-screen control system. (11m x 7.6 m each)
High quality, strategically placed equipment has been installed in the 3 sub-halls and all systems have been integrated and configured to maximize performance and enhance aesthetic qualities.

The system has been designed to maximise ease of use and functionality, with simple plug-in and play options for all presentation needs.

The convention centre has its own facilities and is equipped with:

These are all easily accessible in the main building of the convention center as well as alongside the breakaway rooms. Each of the 3 breakaway rooms are 5.5m x 4m in size and are able to accommodate 15 delegates comfortably.
Child Policy:
Families with children are welcome. Children aged 0-2 sharing with parents stay free. Children aged 3-5 sharing with their parents are charged a nominal fee and automatically become members of the Tau Cubz Club. Fun activities includes a short game drive after breakfast just for kids, as well as treasure hunts and arts and crafts. Backpacks filled with goodies are given to the children, making Tau the ideal game lodge for kids. Children aged 6-11 stay at half-price and can join the adult safaris or enjoy the Cubz club activities.
