Thakadu River Camp is situated along the scenic banks of the Marico River in the eastern sector of the Madikwe Game Reserve. The main lodge boasts an comfortable open plan lounge, dining and reception area. Guests can cool off in the pool or sip on sundowners at the bar overlooking the gully and river to the north.
This luxury 5-star family accommodation in the malaria-free Madikwe Game Reserve features comfortable yet elegant safari tents. The interiors are a mix of Afro-Asian safari inspirations while natural elements such as stone, cloth and wood are prominent throughout the camp.
The Madikwe Game Reserve is home to a diverse range of fauna and flora, ideal for game viewing.
